My Story

From a young age, I dreamed of being a race car driver. While that career may not have materialized, my passion for strategy and performance has driven every step of my professional journey. I’ve built a career on solving complex business challenges with data-driven insights, blending curiosity, adaptability, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Starting in retail store operations and working my way to the corporate side of the business, I tackled roles in supply chain, merchandise planning, and buying. From managing chaotic toy departments at Christmas to negotiating product costs on factory tours in China, I learned to adapt quickly and deliver results. Along the way, mentors and new challenges inspired me to keep growing.

My path into data analytics began with identifying gaps in how insights were shared. That realization led me to Power BI, where I self-taught my way into creating impactful dashboards that transformed organizational decision-making. From a single dashboard to company-wide reporting, my work expanded across divisions, empowering teams with actionable strategies and exception-based insights.

Now, as I look toward the future, I’m focused on leading teams that complement my expertise, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning. I thrive in creating forward-looking strategies that not only solve today’s problems but also anticipate tomorrow’s challenges.
