My Story

From a young age, I dreamed of being a race car driver. While that career may not have materialized, my passion for strategy and performance has driven every step of my professional journey. I’ve built a career on solving complex business challenges with data-driven insights, blending curiosity, adaptability, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Starting in retail store operations and working my way to the corporate side of the business, I tackled roles in supply chain, merchandise planning, and buying. From managing chaotic toy departments at Christmas to negotiating product costs on factory tours in China, I learned to adapt quickly and deliver results. Mentors and various challenges throughout my career have motivated my continuous growth.

My entry into big data analytics was driven by the need to improve how insights were shared. This led me to Power BI, where I independently learned to create dashboards that significantly impacted organizational decision-making. My work evolved from a single dashboard to comprehensive company-wide reporting, providing teams with actionable strategies and exception-based insights.

Now, as I look toward the future, I’m focused on working with and leading teams that complement my expertise, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning where we grow our collective knowledge and skillsets. I thrive in creating forward-looking strategies that not only solve today’s problems but also anticipate tomorrow’s challenges.
